Bazz.pk delivers home and kitchen products across Pakistan, wherever courier service is available. Here is what you need to know before placing an order.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to cities, towns and villages covered by the courier network. If you live in a village or an area far from the main city, message us before ordering to check delivery to your address.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on when your order is sent, your location and the courier service. Contact us for an estimated delivery time, especially if you need an item by a certain date.

Courier delays, public holidays or an incomplete address may affect delivery.

Delivery Charges

Please check the delivery charge and total amount before confirming your order. For help with delivery charges, send us your location and the products you want to order on WhatsApp.

Cash on Delivery

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for your order, you can pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Please keep the correct amount ready.

Your Delivery Address

Enter your full name, active mobile number and complete address. Include your city or village, tehsil, district and a nearby landmark where helpful.

Keep your phone available so the courier can contact you. If your address is wrong, tell us as soon as possible.

Order Tracking

For an update on your delivery, send your order number to us on WhatsApp. If you have a courier tracking number, you can also check your parcel on the courier’s official website.

Delivery Problems

If your parcel is late, you miss a delivery, or you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us with your order number. For damaged or wrong items, include clear photos of the item and packaging.
